About Me
Hi, my name is Jeraldine, I’m a proud first-generation Dominican from the Bronx, New York, and an ambitious woman who dared to dream beyond what I saw growing up.
For a long time, I did everything “right.” I went to school, earned degrees, followed the path society said would lead to security and success. But behind the scenes, I was burned out, overworked, and deeply unfulfilled in my nine-to-five.
I wanted more than just stability. I wanted freedom. I wanted to be present with my family. I wanted to take vacations without stress. I wanted to feel proud of the life I was building — not exhausted by it.
Everything changed when I got honest about my desires.
I stopped shrinking my dreams to fit what felt realistic. I got clear on the life I wanted and, more importantly, the woman I needed to become to create it.
That clarity marked the beginning of my personal development journey.
I first built a business through Amazon because I wanted income and freedom while staying behind the scenes. I was successful but I was still hiding. After selling that business, I realized something powerful: if I wanted to build something meaningful and lasting, I had to stop hiding and become the face of my brand.
So I committed to letting go of my fear of judgment.
Through intentional life design, self-leadership, and identity work, I manifested my desire to become a confident CEO and build a personal brand rooted in freedom and happiness. I led myself through fear, self-doubt, and the need for approval. I stopped shrinking and started showing up.
From my own transformation, I created the Embodied Life Design Journal a women’s personal development workbook designed to help you get clear on your goals, strengthen your identity, and intentionally design your life. It’s the exact framework I used to shift from burnout to confidence, from hiding to visibility, and from unfulfilled to aligned.
Now, as a business and life coach, I mentor ambitious women to own their voice, build powerful personal brands, and grow their business with confidence because real success starts from the inside out.
If you’re ready to stop living on autopilot, get clear on your desires, and become the woman who creates her own freedom, you’re in the right place.
